There are 11 trails with a
length of 1,5 to 22,9 km established. Boardwalks, partly
exposed to the sea, partly protected by the dunes, trails in
the back country, several lakes, woodland and
uphill trails along the cliffs provide various ways to
get active. This way, people can slowly shape up and increase
their physical potential.
The trails are secluded from busy roads and provide highest
air clarity levels.

varies. It is save on joints.
