Only twenty minutes away from Mecklenburg-Vorpommernn´s capital city Schwerin the WINSTONgolf course extends over an area of 275 acres. Embedded in the scenic countryside formed during the last ice age, the WINSTONgolf course offers a special playing experience for experts on the 18 hole championship course as well as for beginners on the 9 hole "Kranich" course (see map).
The "Kranich" course is a 9-hole, par 64 short course that ist open to everyone including those without an official playing test.

The 18 hole championship course is a technically demanding golf course. Every hole has 6 tees so that middle as well as high handicappers can enjoy their round. When playing one cannot but notice the international design influences. Specially the influence of the Scottish links courses that are demanding yet fair at the same time.

The WINSTONgolf school with a lighted driving range offers a great opportunity for all to practice. It is well equipped with numeros target greens and a chipping - and putting green. A great variety of training options and tournaments includes suitable offers for everyone.
The golf house is the centre of the course. From here you have a dircet access to tee 1 & 10 and a view over green 6, 9 and 18. On the patio of the restaurant you can oversee two lakes and most of the championship course. The restaurant is a family friendly place where visitors are very welcome
