The Naturcamp Pruchten is a family-run campground on the southern edge of the National Park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft".  The camp is conveniently situated between Barth and the of Baltic Spa of Zingst, and it is well-known because of its fantastic surfing area, which permanently has onshore Western winds. Strand bei Pruchten Also, the Baltic shore of the Darss region can be reached in short time. After the hurly-burly on the beach, the place offers ideal conditions for a peaceful end of the day. In case the sun should not shine, go to see the Hanse Town of Hanse Town of Stralsund, only 30 minutes by car, with its well-known German sea museum and the "Hanse Dome", a holiday and recreation park.
Site Description:
The campground has about 260 non-parceled pitches for caravans, motor homes and tents as well as small holiday homes and apartments which, thanks to few trees, are only rarely exposed to the sun in the summer. Most of the pitches have ECC-connections. Also, the site provides modern, bathroom facilities partially handicapped accessible, exchange of bottles of gas, chemical disposal as well as supply and disposal for motor homes.		 Kraniche
The beach at the Bodstedter Bodden (lagoon), situated at the site, has a broad zone of shallow water and several children's playgrounds, thus making the site an ideal place for families with children.
Places for volleyball and BBQ sites contribute to the active recreation and to comfortable get-togethers of our guests.
